"Raisin" is as quiet as she is gorgeous. 2011 model registered AQHA mare. She stands at that perfect 14.3 hh mark and is 100% sound, no maintenance, and no bad habits to speak of. We have used her in several aspects of ranching and she would make a safe trail mount for an intermediate level rider as well. Crosses through anything you ask, is not spooky or chargy. She goes the speed you ask. She cows up well and is quick on her feet. She has a nice, uncomplicated handle to her. She is well started in the breakaway and could make a nice heel horse if someone wanted to take her in that direction. She scores as good as you could ever ask one to and tracks very well. Once finished would make a really fun jackpot or great practice horse. Run as many as you want to on her- she won't get hot and will stand flat footed & quiet in the box every time. Needs more runs at home before she's ready to haul but all the skills and fundamentals are there. Was hauled to see the sights last summer to rodeos and jackpots. Stands tied well, rides off alone or in a group. Excellent ground manners and great for the farrier. Catches without trouble. She is extremely smart and easy to train. She is not at all marish and runs in a herd of mares and geldings just fine. Smart Little Lena on top and out of a Jackie Bee x Two Eyed Jack mare, Raisin has a near perfect confirmation, beautiful baby doll head and excellent mind to make her worth reproducing as well. Absolutely no buck, rear or silly stuff with her. Can sit for awhile without rides and still remembers she's broke. Come try her out- we have calves and an arena to rope in.
