This is Rio, he is a sweet boy who is 16 hands. I have used him for barrels, cattle work and trail riding. I would say he needs a confident rider. He stands at the trailer, easy to catch, easy keeper, and has never offered to buck. Rio is current on vaccinations, coggins, teeth floating and had his feet trimmed a couple weeks ago.Will cross water and do what you ask. His down fall is I got him from a crappy situation and he takes a bit to trust someone. He's very loyal and I would not get rid of him except that I don't have the time to work with him. I'm looking for something more ready to go and as far as barrels he needs some work. He has some gate issues, controllable but at any rate gate issues. He has a nice pattern started on him, he just enjoys the cattle and trails more I feel. I am asking that he goes to a good home and I am asking $1800 obo. I love this horse but I love doing barrels and he just doesn't feel the same. Serious buyers only.i wouldn't sell if I didn't have to sell to buy. I am open to offers as I am looking at another horse this week.
