rehoming female husky

I'm rehoming my female husky Bella, shes 14 months old now and is around 45 lbs she is fixed and up to date on all her shots. She is good with other dogs and children and is potty trained and knows basic commands. I just feel as though I cant give her the love and attention she needs and feel guilty that she spends more time in her kennel then outside of her kennel and doesn't have an area to just run and play as I live in a townhome. She is an amazing dog and deserves the world just cant give her what she needs and it will be hard to let her go but I know someone can take care of her better than I. She will come with her kennel, toys, shock collar, leashes, harness.
