Eliana is a 4 year old, 14.3 hh mare available for adoption thru Gentle Spirit Horses Rescue. Eliana is doing wonderfully and had become a happy healthy young mare. This girl floats when she moves and would be an amazing hunt or dressage horse with her natural carriage. Eliana lies, leads, is easy to catch, is good for the farrier and loads onto a trailer well. She is more than ready to find her permanent home. Will you be it? Summer of 2018, Eliana participated in our teen training challenge "So You Think You Can Train". In the several months that her teen worked with her, Eliana has learned to yield her hind quarters and front end, back up on the ground, load into a trailer without hesitation, tie patiently, accept fly spray, pick up all four feet and start on lunging. Basically all the starting blocks needed to get her ready for an easy introduction to a saddle. Eliana has accepted a saddle several times but has not been ridden yet.
