13 yo grade gelding. Broke but needs miles

Beautiful palomino 13 year old grade gelding. He’s broke, but unfortunately never got the miles he needed, now I have a toddler and baby, and no time. No buck. Feet need some trimming. Sometimes acts stiff on the front leg, unknown why, he’s been like that since I can remember, never caused any issues, but want you to be aware. Doesn’t neck rein well, again from lack of miles. Experienced rider would be his best option, but has great trail riding potential. Mostly used for moving cattle and rides down the roads. Text preferred
