Selling a Chamberlain 1/2 Horsepower chain drive opener, model 41A5021. Does not include the chain, rail, brackets or safety sensors. It does not work by wireless remote, and it can't be programmed to accept a new remote, but it works perfectly using hard-wired switches (like doorbell switches. Amazon (and other places) sell a Liftmaster "universal plug-in receiver" that will allow you to use a remote again. This was given to me as inoperable and I found the nylon gear stripped inside. It's been replaced, the unit cleaned and lubricated, and checked out. I'm only hoping to get back what I have in it. $35 OBO
