Location: Springfield, MO
Village West Resort Sunrise Cove at Spirit Lake week 18 for sell with transfer of deed. It's a studio size unit, sleeps 4 with a queen bed and pull out sofa bed ~ week 18, which traditionally falls on the opening Walleye season, Saturday to Saturday and for 2023 it's May 6 - May 13th. All fees have been paid and are up to date; 2023 fees have already been paid as well. We've owned it since 1996 and just don't travel the same way we used to. Fun place to vacation, particularly if you live in the area and get there to use their facilities on a frequent basis.
