There is also shared spacious living room in upper level living area and kitchen. There are double washers and dryers that are coin free. We do have a small space for storage if necessary as well…. Mostly off street parking however they will need to be moved for snow removal during the cold winter months to ensure safety. Location is on the west side of Sioux Falls, SD—- near parks, grocery, gas, fitness, library, trails, and fishing. Close to major artery to interstate 29, downtown, and easy access to the west side malls and shopping. Also relatively short proximity to concerts, theatre, and most major sporting events.
