Craftsman Table Saw

Older full size Craftsman table saw. Runs but weak. I was told it could be a bearing or bushings ? Comes with all accessories. Very heavy. Sits on stand with wheels so it can be moved around easily. It’s taking up space. Thought maybe someone could fix it. Asking $45 Thanks for looking!
